Lost 28 Pounds Without Starving!

When I began the hCG diet, I was a tad skeptical because I had never lost more than a few pounds on any diet without combining it with aerobic and/or weight lifting workouts at least four days a week.  (Sylvana's hCG program guide directed me not to work out until I had completed the program).

“Beginning the first day of the hCG diet, (following the two-day "all you can eat" period), I began losing one to two pounds a day.  With Sylvana's guidance and the program guide, I began feeling less hungry after about a week.  (I was still a bit hungry, but not ‘starving’’).

“The incredible results kept me very motivated.  Every morning I smiled as I looked at the scale!  I was religious about not cheating and I followed the guidelines Sylvana gave me to the letter most every day.  At the end of three and a half weeks I lost a total of 28 pounds! 

“I started at 217 and I weighed 189 on day 25.  I have finished 14 days of the 21 day follow up period and have gained only 1 pound back - I weighed 190 today after drinking Miller low carb beer all weekend! 

“I'm also eating several thousand low-carb calories per day as opposed to the limited calories allowed during the program, and the weight is staying off.  Pretty cool!  I've started to work out and my goal is to reach my "ideal" weight of 185 before the end of February, adding some muscle mass and toning as I go.  

“The hCG diet instilled much improved eating habits, and now less sugar and carbs feels okay.  I still have the occasional cookie or pasta, bread or pizza - but the diet taught me better eating habits.  And since I’ve lost all that weight I’m eager to do what it takes to keep it off!
